Can one request cover two kinds of work?
Yes. Pick the closest heading on the form and describe the mix in the note. A renovation that also needs a new wing is common.
Do you only build houses?
No. Houses are one path. Shops, offices, warehouses, and other commercial buildings have their own page, and the form has property types for them.
Where do I start if the building feels unsafe?
Use the structural repair page and mark the timing as an emergency. Leave the building if you think it may fall. The form is not a rescue service.
